Knights on Big Bay

Knights on Big Bay is a multi-tower residential community planned for Barrie, Ontario. Designed around modern living, the development focuses on thoughtful architecture, connectivity, and long-term community building. The project introduces a new rental housing concept that blends functional living spaces with intentional urban design.

Located at the intersection of Big Bay Point Road and Ashford Drive, just steps from Painswick Park, the master plan consists of four mid-rise towers delivering approximately 868 purpose-built rental residences. The first phase, Knights on Big Bay, will include 468 units, while the second phase, Knights on Bertha, will contribute around 400 additional residences to the community.

The Onyx Knight

The first building in the development, The Onyx Knight, sets the foundation for the overall community vision. This six-storey mid-rise tower introduces 234 purpose-built rental suites, designed to support a range of modern lifestyles.
